Thanks to Susan this was the easiest home sale I have ever been involved with. She came to the house, went over paperwork, showed comparable properties in the area, helped me decide on an asking price, and explained exactly what to expect. In three days, she had a prospective buyer. She brought out paperwork, went over what I needed to do, explained how to handle the inspection report, and set up a closing date. I never went into the office or had any unanswered questions. This was my fifth closing and certainly the easiest. Thank you, Susan.

Went out of her way to show me several houses. I knew nothing about buying a house, such as the wear and tear of the house she helped out a lot. She is very good at her job.
