The home we purchased is 80 years old and needed a fair amount of work to bring it up to code in some areas. As project manager of the process between accepted offer and closing, Susan created a firm schedule and communicated with all parties to ensure that work was underway and completed according to code. Once we found the house we purchased, Susan promptly listed our current home for sale and we had an offer within a week. She even brought us almost all of the moving boxes we needed when another client passed them on! Once we were moved into the new home she transported the boxes to yet another client who needed them. This was an unexpected but welcome favor. We appreciate Susan's excellent communication skills throughout the entire process of buying and selling. Her communication style is honest and upfront and we like that. Both of our closings went smoothly. Susan is professional, but we also feel that we made a new friend, which is a good thing, because we moved into her neighborhood!
