Susan really worked hard to get the deal done when the seller and the seller's agent was "less than helpful". She's a bulldog who does what it takes in a respectful manner. She also provided great after sales support to get the house keys and coordinate with contractors for repairs. I would definitively recommend Susan to investors and end buyers.
