Working with Susan was wonderful! Any time I reached out she was quick to respond. When I first reached out to Susan, it was rather late at night. She got back to me though, and by 9am the following day we had a showing booked for the house we wanted. The sellers were a bit difficult, but Susan powered through every step with me. Her knowledge of the market and what was acceptable on each type of loan was amazing. Even if I hadn't done my research, she would've known what to look for. The few problems we encountered throughout the process, she helped me solve. With her personalized approach, genuine care and support, and problem-solving expertise I would highly recommend her to anyone...even my mother. (And that right there is very high praise!)

Susan Kraft was a joy to work with. Sue's positivity and optimism really helped us as first time home buyers in a very challenging and competitive market. Even when we were being picky with why a house didn't feel right, Sue never questioned our instincts and always helped find us another option right away. Sue also did a great job pointing out issues and risks to each house we looked at. Her knowledge of neighborhoods, the markets, and even the selling agents, really made us more comfortable about making offers and helped inform where our offer ranges should be. When we did begin making offers, Sue was excellent at letting us know what to expect would happen and when to expect it. There were very few surprises during this whole process. Once our offer was accepted and the stressful period up to closing began, Sue was great at calling or texting us any info she had, even when there was no update to give. Sue made us feel like an absolute priority. She worked around our schedule; taking calls at night, working on the weekends, and even coordinating with other agents to make sure we could see houses as soon as possible. We have already recommended her to friends and family and will continue to do so.

We meant Susan via a family member. We were months away from being able to move and purchase. When we got closer we reached out. She was happy to go view homes for us that we loved and the day after moving to NY she had showings ready for us. She quickly learned what we were looking for and had our best interest in mind.
