Susan Kolb is the most buttoned up real estate professional I have ever dealt with. With Susan the process is seamless. Susan is always on time and carries herself with a professionalism that puts her in a league of her own. Another thing that separates Susan from the field is her knowledge of all things real estate, she was knowledgeable throughout the entire process and was an asset from the first negotiation of price right through the close of escrow and at every step in between. Lastly and maybe most importantly is the foresight she brings to the process, it seemed that we were always two steps ahead of everybody else (other realtor, broker etc) this created a feeling of ease and pleasure. Most of my previous home buying experiences were painful, my last one thanks to Susan Kolb was an actual joy!
