If you are looking for a realtor look no further than Susan Kolb. She was our agent for selling my moms house in Sun City Lincoln Hills. Her knowledge of the area and price point, the litany of skilled contractors and vendors she has relationships with, as well as her professional and personal approach to the job sets her apart from the competition. Since I don't live close to the property, she took care of all of the "little things" that add up without me having to travel 3 hours. She wears many hats through the process and wears them all well.
