My experience with Susan couldn't have been better. She was recommended to me by a friend. Not only did she helped me sell a house, she had all the contacts for staging, inspections, contractors, etc. Which I would say any competent realtor should have. The stagers were excellent as well. I would say in any type of profession, communication is key. Her communication was excellent. She always provided me with updates. She was very accommodating to my work schedule. She wasn't pushy and always presented my options, instead of telling me what I should and shouldn't do. I always have high expectations, and she far exceeded them.
