Susan was an absolute joy to work with! She is very knowledgeable about historic McKinney and old homes. Our house was built in 1910 and we completely renovated it. The only difficult thing about selling was saying goodbye to our first home, luckily we know, it will bring the buyers much joy and happiness. Susan was completely professional during this selling process and explained everything thoroughly. She is honest and caring.
