Susan helped the reviewer buy this property

Great buying experience with Susan Jordano

Susan went "above and beyond" in helping us find a home in Santa Barbara. She listened to us and narrowed the house search to homes that met our criteria. She helped us through a somewhat complex negotiation and closing....keeping our best interest at heart. She has great contacts in the Santa Barbara area and that came in handy as things came up at the last second - like a quick contractor estimate on repair work. She worked closely with everyone - listing agent, title company, loan agent, etc. She kept us updated and in the communication loop - even when we had to travel out of state. I would not hesitate recommending her to anyone that is looking at buying/selling property in the Santa Barbara area.
