Their vision shed the house in a new, improved light, and their execution exceeded any vision I could have had. The professional photos taken for the listing only bolstered what I saw in person. Susan and Lori prepared for and hosted two successful open houses. Offers came in quickly due to this, and Susan and Lori were able to negotiate on our behalf for the price and conditions that the house was worth. During and upon closing, Susan and Lori kept close communication. Whether this be updates on buyer financing, or even creating and sharing a video highlighting our house through the selling process, the communication kept us in the loop and demonstrated how dedicated Susan and Lori were to us as their clients.
