Susan was very respectful and helpful and I felt like she was right in line with what other realtors were saying and projecting about the sale of my home. I chose her because I felt like she cared more about are family getting what we needed to get where we were trying to go with a new home and location. I felt comfortable with her. Although I didn't get the number I wanted in the sale it wasn't her doing but our eagerness to leave and start over.

Susan had great market knowledge and was a great negotiator. She explained things in detail.

Susan was with us every step of the way. She patiently explained and re-explained anything that we didn’t understand. She advocated for us multiple different times which ultimately saved us a lot of money in the long run. She truly cares for her clients and wants them to succeed.
