She was quick to get our house, with pictures, into the system and had showings and offers for us immediately. She kept us completely informed in all that was going on throughout the entire process. She was able to secure both offers and backup offers to make sure the sale of the house was perpetually in a positive and forward motion. Her tenacious and determined approach led to the home selling as quickly as it did and it sold for more than our original asking price. Even after the sale of the property Susan has shown her professionalism and care with continued service. Susan was fantastic during the entire process of my interstate move from Maryland to Florida. During the home search in Florida, she quickly helped me narrow down my options since I was time constrained due to family issues. She was very knowledgeable and patient as I considered not just my needs but those of an elderly family member who was to accompany me to Florida. When I finally decided on a new home, she was always available to help get answers to all my questions from the builder, often face-to-face. In my absence, she represented my interests for many steps of the new home building process, from the design option stage all the way through final walk through at completion. This included FaceTime-ing me during the builder's design options meeting (where I totally trusted her opinions to guide my design decisions), trudging through the construction site several times while FaceTime-ing me to report on construction progress, personally attending the pre-drywall inspection, and other phases of construction.
