Sue was very truthful with respect to what was needed to do to our home to make it sell for top dollar and in a timely fashion. Other agents were not so truthful and, I am confident that their promise of "do nothing, just put it on the market" would probably not have worked. I also felt very comfortable with Sue as a person and we developed quite a friendly relationship. She was very attentive and whenever I texted and called her - and it was quite often - she was extremely attentive and got back to me right away ... even if she didn't have an answer. If I had it to do over again, I would do exactly as I did!

We wanted a realtor that would have open communication, keeping us informed every step of the way. Sue Jablonsky was professional, very communicative, always followed up with the buyers realtor after a showing, and didn't apply pressure on us to lower the price or take an offer we were uncomfortable with just to get the house sold. Sue understood we were not in a hurry to sell the house. We would list again with Sue.

I had previously worked with Sue prior to her obtaining her realtor's license. Based upon what I observed in that place of work, I knew she was a hard worker. I told her I would call her if I needed a broker. Sue helped me to price the unit and we listed it on a Friday and had a contract by Saturday night!
