This year was the year I finally purchased my first home. I have to say I was privileged to have Susan Inich as my real estate agent! Her knowledge of the process and easy going spirit kept me sane during the many processes involved in finding, selecting, making an offer, and all that follows. I thought that once I made an offer it was done deal. Boy was I wrong. I have to say the process of buying a home is not an easy one to navigate. However, Susan came to my rescue, she held my hand through all the processes, kept me informed at each turn I encountered. She helped me not loose hope when I lost out on a couple great houses to others who had larger check books than I. My new home is perfect for me. I know that when I reach the age to need to move to a maintenance free living situation I will be back in Susan's office to have her help me make that transition in my life as well.
