Best customer service I have seen in a long, long time!

Susan was helpful, knowledgeable, attentive, prompt with responses, caring, conscientious, diligent and professional, with a touch of personalization! She always practiced patience with us; never getting annoyed with our questions or indecisiveness. She was so excellent at guiding us, yet letting us make our own decisions 100% of the time. Susan was so impressive that the sellers couldn't understand why their own realtor wasn't as diligent and responsive. Enough for them to tell me that they want to refer her to anyone in the area they know that decides to sell their home.
