Our friends referred us to Susan to help us buy a home in Southampton. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and was direct/candid about the potential value of different properties we were looking at. Susan was always accessible and very responsive. She went above and beyond providing answers/follow ups to our many questions. She was also very flexible; we brought our 3 months old baby to look at houses and, more than once, she waited in the car with him as we did walk-thrus. Susan negotiated a good deal for us. Even more, after we closed on the house, she provided many referrals for the work that was needed on the house - all were great. We are excited to recommend Susan!
