I am a licensed Real Estate Broker. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors and the Tennessee Association of Realtors. Last year I received my 35 years as a Realtor pin. I have an extensive amount of training in all aspects of the real estate business, vast knowledge of the area, and a desire for more. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase or sale of single-family residences, properties to build on, properties with views of bluffs or lakes, farms, mountain land, gated communities, and commercial properties. Sewanee has been my home since 1982. I do believe I have just about, "seen it all"! I love finding the perfect property for Buyers. That wonderful moment when nothing needs to be said; joy is written all over their faces. I love taking my Sellers that perfect Offer to Purchase. It is so rewarding. Was a pleasure working with Susan

Susan worked with us on buying a home for over 2 years and when we found a home sold our home in less than 3 months. She worked hard and showed us many homes. She is a wonderful person and we would highly recommend her to anyone we know.

Very positive experience!
