I feel the word "trust" when I think of Susan! I don't have any experience selling a house, and when I decided to do so, I was lucky to have Susan on my side. From our first face-to-face warm meeting Susan helped me feel comfortable and informed. Her thorough communication and follow-up made me feel so at ease that I even moved to my new state before my home went up for sale, knowing I was in good hands. There are so many moving parts; paperwork, appointments, deadlines, and dealings with other parties that she took care of! I was always able to reach her by phone or email and mostly she was the one being proactive to contact me before I even had to!! I appreciate her honesty, patience, humor, and support she gave me, and I always felt she was there for me, from the beginning all the way to closing! Even after closing she texted me to make sure all well! With such a big life change and transaction, Susan took away stress and I am so thankful for her!
