Susan was there for me during the whole process and answered all of my questions no matter how dumb the might have been.

Sue was accommodating and patient with me throughout the entire process of finding and purchasing my home. Over several months, she shared her knowledge and expertise of over 3O years in the industry and made sure I was comfortable while searching for my house. She allowed me to take my time, coached me on things that I did not know when searching for a home, and also walked with me from start to closing. Sue's communication skills are impeccable. She checked in with me daily via text and emails and constantly created housing searches according to my preference. Upon finding my house after a long search, she was prompt to answer any questions I had; she communicated with the sellers and their agents about my concerns, and she scheduled all critical components to close, such as inspections and paperwork, promptly. She guided me when I faced several challenges when submitting my offer. Because of her knowledge and efforts, I could close on my home on Dec 19, 2022, which was my original target closing date, and it was an incredible pleasure working with Sue.
