I purchased a home in 2018 to flip. Not keeping an eye on things my partner did many things without permits. Susan was the second Realtor to come into the project. I had no idea how much was wrong. We had several offers with Susan which seem to all fall apart right after the inspections. Each time Susan stepped up her marketing and open houses. She took over dealing with the town making sure all the permits were done and closed. Susan is a force to be reckoned with. She will never let you down. She is more than honest and speaks her mind.She is very profession and protects her clients. I'm sure if I had hired her in the beginning we would not have had any problems and would have gotten more money.

Susan had complete knowledge of our market and the best sources of getting the deal done along with being very helpful with different individuals we need in our move and for the services she had her arms around the entire buying-selling process I would use her for any future transactions

From the very beginning, she was there for me, helping to stage the home with her own touches, waiting at the house for inspectors to show up, recommending things I could do to improve the curb appeal (she even planted flowers!). Although she had other clients and other showings, Susan always made me feel as though my home were her priority, answering my calls promptly, holding several open houses and even making goodie bags for each prospective buyer to take home with them. After just a few weeks, I had several offers! Susan was very informed about the closing process as well, and made sure all the T's were crossed and I's dotted so all went very smoothly.
