Susan Gardner was a great help in selling our condominium in Issaquah. Very little effort and work needed on our part. We moved into our house (which Susan helped us buy) before selling our condo so our condo was empty. Susan and Heather Larson (her associate) did staging so it was more appealing to buyers. One week after listing we reviewed all offers, accepted the highest, and closed a few weeks later (offer was 10% above list, all cash).
