We've purchased two homes and sold one with Susan as our realtor. We love her negotiation style and how she brings an objective perspective to pull us back to reality when things start to get emotional. Above all she cares about our desired outcome, gives us feedback about how realistic that is along with the risks, options to overcome those risks, and works with us to develop an action plan that we all agree on.

Susan is the very best realtor we’ve ever worked with. We have used her to buy and sell many properties, and we will use her every time we can. She is the consummate professional. Her demeanor is calming, yet strong. She is a powerful advocate for her clients. I can assure you, you won’t be disappointed when Susan is your realtor.

I can't say enough about Susan. We just closed on our first home, and I just can't imagine going through this process without someone like Susan by your side. She knows all the ins and outs, and her insights saved us from any number of costly rookie mistakes. Her responses are immediate, her advice is sound, and she's incredibly kind and patient as well. If you're in the market, do yourself a favor, give Susan a call.
