We had to sell our house before being able to purchase. Susan came into our lives by being a longtime friend of a family member. We'd not met her yet, but she came right out to our house, gave her opinion of the opportunity to sell, market analysis, showed us any property we wanted to see, etc. The season and our timing with listing our house for sell was a little off, but that did not dim our hopes. Susan stuck by her gut and experience, through a series of dropped contracts, on both the selling side and the purchasing side. She was the trouper that kept us in the game, she was respectfully honest when she needed to be, even if it was not what we wanted to hear. Realistic expectations were set and met. We ended up selling our house for MORE than the original list price, and moved into our DREAM home!

From the first meeting both my husband and I found Susan to be honest, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Susan would keep us informed at all times, she would return calls and emails in a very timely manner. I thought we may have been a little difficult at times but Susan kept us focused and was able to keep us on track, ultimately selling our house in 1 day and getting us to realize where we needed to be to build our forever home.
