Susan and her team are great! They were super helpful from the start. Susan is experienced and knowledgeable in her field and Rose and Sonia were always available to answer any questions that came up and keep me updated with the process. 😊
Working with Susan and her team was a great experience. She was the only Relator who saw the value I did in my property, while other relators were preparing me to break even on the sale. Because of my decision to sign with Susan, I was not only able to sell my house, but make a decent profit as well. Thanks for reading, don't usually leave reviews but defiantly had to leave one for this outstanding businesses.
My Wife & I found Susan on Facebook. There was another Family that was extremely happy with her as their realator. She contacted us & sent us listing's everyday. Throughout the process Susan stayed in contact with us. When we finally chose a home she dived right into it. The home we chose was nice & within a week,we were informed that there were already 10 offers! Susan got with us and strategized an offer that ultimatley got us our home. It wasn't easy considering we were buying on a strict budget, but Susan's experience in the field shined through & we got the 1st house we picked as First-time home buyers. Thank you Susan,we are so grateful to have you guide us through this whole process!
I had the pleasure of working with Susan Flores when selling my rental property, and I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent. Susan was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, from listing my property to closing the deal. She was always available to answer my questions and provide me with updates on the progress of the sale. Susan is a true professional who knows the local market well. I am very grateful for her help and would not hesitate to use her services again in the future.
