I am new to the Phoenix area, and was very fortunate to run into a professional like Susan Evans. She listened intently to my needs, my likes, my "have to haves", and my budgetary constraints. Susan didn't waste any time and on short notice she had a plethora of homes to view. She knows the area like the back of her hand, and selected homes for me to view based my geographic requirements (when it came to commuting to work), but also future resale concerns such as schools, neighborhood markets, restaurants, etc. I viewed numerous homes, and she was very patient thru the process. Susan is truly a Professional Real Estate Advisor who was genuinely interested in my needs. During the negotiating process, she had a strong plan to get what we wanted so that we could close the deal quickly and efficiently. (Everyone walked away Happy!) She also watched the sale like a hawk thru the escrow process and made sure that everyone was in sync.
