In a word, Susan is simply the BEST! My mom and I contacted Susan regarding a home she was the selling agent for in June of 2017. That home had just gone under contract, but in just one conversation with Susan I knew she was the right agent for us. Every step of the way over the next six-month period she was attentive, caring, thoughtful, supportive and encouraging – even in those moments when I almost gave up hope of finding the right home for me. This was my first home purchase, and Susan provided superior guidance and often pointed out things I might not have recognized as potential pitfalls with homes I was considering. Her patience enabled me to relax a bit through the process as we would walk through yet another property that ended up not being the right fit for me. She coined the phrase, “we came, we saw,” as we would leave each property that was a “no”. I truly came to rely on and trust her judgement wholeheartedly. In January of 2018 we found The One, and from offer to closing her expertise made the process smooth and easy-peasy. I could not recommend her more highly; I consider her not only my agent but also a friend!
