Susan helped me buy my dream condo on Sanibel. After she showed me several possibilities, I knew which condo complex I wanted to live in. None of the condos that were on the market at that time suited me, though. She heard that a condo in the location within the complex (a certain building on a specific floor) was going to come on the market. She contacted me immediately, I flew down to see the unit, and was able to buy it before it officially went on the market. She helped me negotiate a price I was very happy with. The condo needed a complete renovation ( which is what I wanted) and Susan also recommended a contractor who did a wonderful job for me, on time and in budget. I love my condo, but if I ever win the lottery and can buy a more expensive place on Sanibel, I will definitely use Susan to help me sell this condo and find my new one. As I'm typing this I'm sitting in my beautiful new condo and looking out at the gulf- thank you, Susan.

Susan sold our house on the very day it was listed. Before that, she & I had gone through the house together and reviewed what aspects were positive and what we could do to make it more appealing to buyers. We did everything she suggested, which ranged from small arrangements like making sure that closets were not jammed full to larger projects, including tiling an ugly basement floor and throwing out the ugly rug that was covering it and a kitchen upgrade/update. I learned a lot from her about local real estate & what to expect in the way of a price for our house. At a time when the market was falling, we got the record-setting price for our neighborhood. It was a good house, but I believe Susan's knowledge got us across the line. I can say not only that I would recommend her, but I already have.

Susan found for me the perfect home in the right price range in the perfect location on Sanibel. She worked a miracle. She makes friends of her clients--her first concern is their welfare. She is proactive, remains in close touch, keeps everything on track during the purchase and settlement process. I was very lucky--because she was my realtor.
