Like many home sellers, we had high expectations in walking away with lots of money in our pockets. That's just not where the market was, it was still rebounding from the housing crash. Get all your maintenance tasks and repairs done before listing. Do the homework with staging and talk to her about staging as well. She knows what she is doing and all I can say is trust her. When she talks about competitive pricing take my advice do what she advises. The longer your home sits on the market, the more money you lose. <br/><br/>We listed in mid-July, pretty much after the spring rush and not the best time to sell a house. We did everything Susan told us to do and had our first offer within 5 days. We couldn't make that offer happen but the one a couple of weeks later did. Thanks to Susan, we sold our house in less than a month and in our area that was an incredible feat. <br/><br/>She is the absolute best resource to buying or selling a home. She is awesome at what she does and will really take care of you and your family. In order for the process to work effectively, you will have to listen and do what she says. She really is looking out for you.

I bought a home that Susan had listed and since I did not have a realtor working with me, she helped me through the whole process and made sure everything was completed regarding the inspection items from the seller before we closed. I then had Susan list my prior home, which was a condo, and we had several offers where the deals fell through due to buyer issues. Susan continually got new buyers in and offers and worked with the bank and Condo POA through all the details to get it closed.
