Susan was excellent and detail oriented when it came to the search in finding our first home. She was very experienced in understanding what to look for and listened to what we wanted in our future home. When it came to negotiations she clearly understood what was important to us and we found the perfect place.

My girlfriend and I are (potential) first time home buyers and Susan has done a terrific job of summarizing the process from start to finish. We're specifically looking in the Mid Coast (Maine) area and her local knowledge/insight is beyond our expectations along with being extremely helpful in guiding our buy/not-buy decisions. One thing I truly appreciate is her responsiveness - acting as if she were in my shoes; responding in a timely manner. Although we have not moved forward with a property, I'm confident Susan will help us negotiate and get a price that works for us and the seller. I will work with Susan in the future and would have no problems referring her to other potential buyers/sellers.
