Let's set the tone. My mother was a realtor for 40 yrs. in the Savannah area, Susan I met 7 days before she sold our property. Susan was highly recommended by a good high school friend, and now knowing what I know from the experience of working with Susan, I would choose her over my mother even if she would have waived her(mother) commissions and that is a fact. WHY? She had my house sold before the ink was dry on the listing agreement. Not going to waste your time talking about her knowledge, she has it. It is what she has to go along with the knowledge in the industry; her contacts that she utilizes with in the industry for example, brokers, lenders, other agents, and real-estate attorneys just to mention a few. I needed a surveyor, and while on the phone asking her, I received an email with a list of 6 to choose from. every question I had or should of had was answered, plus any question that she did not have an on-the-spot answer for, she had within the hour (7:30am to 10pm). I was updated and kept informed on every aspect of the process, so much so, that only my right hand was actually need at the closing for signatures. I am sure there are plenty of agents out there that preform at Susan's professional level for example my mother, so WHY she is the only choice, because there were moments that Susan Dailey seemed to care more than I did in making sure everything was handled & taken care of correctly from start to finish. I should also mention she had 12 offers within the first 24hrs of official listing, and a signed sales contact in front of me before noon the following day. Maybe it was just because the weather was nice.
