Chatham Dream Cottage

Two years ago I was introduced to Sue. Since then she not only found a condo for us in Brewster but also our dream cottage in Chatham. When we first met I shared our extensive wish list with her. It had to be on the Cape, on water, walking distance to town, near the bike path, large enough to entertain family and friends, and offer enough outdoor space for our dogs. As life took many twists and turns these past few years our dream had to be set aside. Even when we couldn't dedicate time to our search Sue never gave up on it. Utilizing her extensive knowledge of the Cape market, strong connections throughout the many villages and towns, and a keen sense of a "not to be missed" opportunity, she identified a delightful cottage that checked off all of our boxes. We couldn't be more thankful to Sue for her unwavering dedication to making our dream come true and look forward to creating joyous memories with our family for many years to come.
