Ive worked with Susan for over seven years. Susan was my property manger, and is my realtor. While working as my property manager she saved me multiple times. She is highly resourceful, knows the area and has a connection for every scenario we went through. My house was occupied for the full 7 years by only 2 families. Her marketing is superb, she had tenants right away when we rented, and buyers right away when we sold. It was a pleasure working with Susan and i wish her nothing but success.
