Susan did a wonderful job navigating us through our purchase! She was very responsive, communictaed well and we were able to get everything done with no stress at all!! Thank you, Susan, for assisting us with our purchase. We would definitely recommend your services to anyone!
Susan was quick to respond to any questions i had and even though it took a lot longer to sell my property than i hoped, i followed her advice and it sold!
Susan was amazing. From the start of the process Susan was thorough, responsive, helpful, and made the process extremely easy for us. Highly recommend her as a seller's agent.
Susan is and was proactive from the very start. She had done her research ahead of contacting us about helping us out. She has been cheerful, positive and knowledgeable about the area. Both her and her firms use of tech and marketing was impressive vs old school methods. Everything was done with high quality and plenty of transparency. I would highly recommend Susan.
Susan is an exceptional communicator, and her deep knowledge of the area helped my wife and me find a home we couldn’t be more excited about. She responded quickly to every question we had and guided us through negotiating a price we felt great about. We’re grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable realtor.
I had an outstanding experience purchasing my condo. My real-estate agent, Susan Chenard was knowledgeable, attentive, and truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Communication was always clear and prompt, and she made everything feel easy and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and highly recommend Susan to anyone looking for a dedicated and professional agent.
It was truly a pleasure dealing with Susan on the sale of my unit at NI. She understood where I was coming from with the sale of my property, and helped me to negotiate a succesful closing. I had and added stress, since my daughter who travels all the time needed to sign as well. She suggested the Mobile Notary Public, who went to my daughter's house to notarized all needed signatures. We where lucky that day she was home. Selling & closing was a breeze thanks to Susan, always being ahead of the game. I know she is in transition work wise. She will be and asset to Remax. Thank you. Cecilia
Susan is a great realtor who helped up sell our NH condo while we live in MA. Easy to communicate with and gets things done!
Great experience and stress free selling our condo in NH. Susan was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Easy to communicate with regarding sale (we live in MA). Would highly recommend. We also used Susan as our realtor when we were buying the condo back in 2014!!!
If only their was a 6 star option. Susan was awesome, providing top notch customer service. As a RI resident the idea of making an out of state real estate purchase was daunting but Susan made it stress free. Very knowledgeable of local laws and regs. Would definitely engage with Susan again. Highly recommended!
We decided to sell our townhome in the Village of Loon this year. I had started the process once before with another Realtor and the process was so cumbersome I stopped. This time I read reviews first and saw that Susan had a lot of really great ones. I reached out to Susan. Susan made everything super easy. She is very knowledgeable and well connected in the area. Susan sold the property within 2 days of listing for more than we expected. She made all of the prep work and closing super easy and painless, including coordinating inspections, repairs, the walk through and closing. The property was closed in under 30 days from listing without us making a single trip to NH (we live in MA). Thanks Susan!!
Susan was our NH Shepherd for the right home for us. It took some time but she was very thorough and knowledgeable. Excellent network of contractors as well!
