Susan is, quite literally, amazing. She is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. Susan is not afraid to work and will do everything in her power to help you find or sell your home. I worked with Susan both buying and selling a home in New Hampshire and it could not have gone any better either time. In both instances, Susan came in ready to go. In my most recent experience selling my home, she pulled all relevant information, researched other homes selling nearby, and had a marketing game plan ready to go before we even met in person. On top of all that, Susan genuinely cares. She constantly reached out and checked in during the selling process, and continued to after. Susan met with us on July 20, 2020. She was very thorough in explaining how she could help us prepare for getting the house on the market. Clearly, her experience and knowledge was invaluable. She knows her business and she moved us through the process efficiently, with great clarity and we collectively achieved our goal! Once we were ready to put the house on the market in early August, Susan returned with her photographer to take pictures of the house. Additionally, she included a beautiful “360 virtual tour” of our home that made it something you had to see! Our home was listed on Thursday, August 13 and was sold by Sunday, August 16; four days, 8 showings and 4 offers!! Susan was extremely conscientious about complying with the necessary COVID practices both for herself and for those that came to the house for showings. Her dealings with other agents and fellow professionals revealed her impeccable work ethic, making sure all documents were completely accurate and that all parties were on the “same page”. Susan was present every step of the way, from the home inspection, the final walk through with the new owners to the closing. She was very supportive and she made the sale of the home as simple as possible. We closed on the house, without a hitch, on September 25!
