I recently sold a house in Los Lunas, New Mexico using Susan as my realtor. We closed escrow in July and I can say now that it was a long process. The house was on the market back in April and for 1 1/2 months did not receive one single offer even though the house was redone in various parts that needed repairing and looked really good. I have to say that although I was discouraged Susan kept propping me up with confidence and sure enough two solid offers came in within a week of each other.
