Well, I have not had very good luck with buy and selling homes, so here are some past examples. Trying to sell one of two mortgaged homes in a downturned market. A low baller that knew I was desperate. A past realtor agent that was the same agent for the buyer (me) and seller. At walk-through the house still had food in the cupboard and it was an absolute hoarder’s dream. I could go on, but it would come off as I made this stuff up. Well luckily all of that is in the past. Susan is exceptional at due diligence and has many years of experience. I have very little experience because this was my second home that I have bought and sold in my lifetime. She has caught errors in math from the title company and thankfully to my advantage. Knows the market trends and whether a home is overpriced for the location and the economic climate. Her work ethic is exceptional, and customer service is beyond words. I would highly recommend her for your house buying process a thousand times over!
