What she did to update our property felt like she pulled out a wand and said “bibbidi bobbidi boo.” It was that big of a transformation. She was incredibly encouraging with the amount of work involved to get the house ready to have her work her magic, it was the home of an 86 year old “just in case” type of collector. But when the house was emptied she knew all the right people to call and the work was impeccable and priced fair. I will be hiring her to stage a different project because her taste level is both unique and high end. She broke everything down into basic terms so I could communicate efficiently with my family. She was honest and realistic with what my expectations should be selling the property, then in a fast paced sellers market she worked tirelessly to create leads and interest before the property went live. She has my highest recommendation for any real estate needs.

Susan is truly the best. She is very knowledgeable of the market trends and how each neighborhood is unique. We lived in our home for over 20 years and it needed many updates before we sold it. She did a walk through of our home and got to know the neighborhood. Susan came back with a list of recommendations and alternatives. She helped us come up with a budget and stick to that budget so we could get the right amount when it came to selling our home. She organized everything and saw it through start to finish. She truly went above and beyond!! She was always available for any questions and was in constant contact with estimates and keeping us up to date with updates being done.
