Susan Buchanan helped us with the purpose of our mountain home. She is a lifelong resident of the blue ridge mountains which means she has a very good understanding of the surrounding area and the little mountain towns.

We were pleased with Susan as our agent, however, on several occasions we had questions and could not get ahold of her. We got voicemail, sent texts and emails but ultimately contacted the sellers agent to get the information we needed. We do thank her for her service in helping us obtain our new home.
