Susan is an amazing realtor. I was selling a house while living in California, that my son was still living in, and needed new floors and paint. Susan went above and beyond working with the contractors. Work was finished Thurs, we did final finishes Friday and she got it listed, had an open house Saturday, and full price offer on Sunday with a closing in 30 days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
