Above and Beyond
Sue was the best!! We told her what we were looking for and gave her a price range and she found us something on the first try. We ended up having to do a 203K loan and she walked with us step by step the entire way through. She spent time explaining rhe process and spent countless hours helping get vendors and paperwork back ro the bank. She also haggled us into far under list price!!! She laughed with us, and cried with us at the end. She's a God send in so many ways.
