I first observed Susan helping our son and his wife sell their home and purchase their dream home. Her knowledge of the market along with her skill in knowing what updates needed to be done in order to prepare the house to be move-in ready for a buyer were invaluable. One of the jobs that needed to be completed was painting the kitchen cabinets. In a time crunch, Susan even helped with the painting! Who does that? She is very remarkable.
