Susan found us our dream home but the family that inherited it was refusing to make necessary repairs. Susan was persistent with rationalizing with the family and it paid off. She stayed on top of everything for us and oversaw the projects because we don't live there yet. We were informed throughout the process constantly. She worked above and beyond her call of duty.
