Susan was responsive to all of our questions and concerns. She hit the correct listing price right out of the gate despite another agent giving us a price that was over $100,000 lower. We felt well informed about everything that was going on. My husband and I were not able to be in Florida for the sale, so Susan had some extra duties to take care of such as some extra quick staging, (towels etc) and finding the garage door openers and making sure the cleaners had all the cabinets and refrigerator empty and clean. We recommend Susan highly.
