Although we are overly happy to have finally found our home, we are sad that our constant contact with susan will be reduced since our process is over. I had a great experience finding my new home with Susan, in an extremely competitive market. In addition to being a joy to work with, Susan was great at finding listings I might have overlooked, and helped me visualize what it might be like to live in them. She was also very organized and ensured everything moved along quickly and smoothly during the bidding process and once we were in contract.

If you want an agent who knows what she is doing and always has your back, Susan is the one. We have worked with a few others before her, and no one is as responsive and knowledgeable as she is. She works her magic to get us the best deals and close asap. She treated us like her own family during the whole time we were working with her. She did her research to make sure the house we were buying were up to par and somewhere that is safe an reliable. When looking at properties, she would always point things out to help us make the right decision. We are first time home buyers, so we didn't know too much but Susan helped us along the way and gave us advice on what we should want. When putting in bids, she would try to get the best offer in for us but made sure we didn't overpay and could have that equity in the future, which was great since most realtors would probably not even care and just want the commission. We ended up getting lucky and buying a house with the help of Susan's negotiation skills to take our offer before it went to open house. We couldn't have asked for a better person to help us with the home buying process. After moving in and all was said and done, she still checks in to make sure we are in shape. She even helped us get some fixing done with our warranty company when we couldn't. We would recommend Susan to anyone who wants the best agent there is.

We worked with Susan to purchase our first home in the crazy Bay Area housing market and really can’t say enough good things about her. She is kind, honest, knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time. We purchased a newly constructed home. Anyone who has gone through the process of buying a new construction knows that many potential problems may arise. Ours was not an exception! Specifically, we had a difficult time with the lender, a window was broken, and the tiles installed in the bathroom were not the ones we selected at the studio. Susan helped us reduce the closing costs, get our money back for bathroom tiles, and have the builder repair the broken window. On top of that, she did not hesitate to offer her help when the leasing office management at our old apartment was trying to unfairly charge us for minor damages to the walls caused by the movers. Susan understands that the process of buying a new home and moving is stressful and tries to help in every way she possibly can! We highly recommend her!

We worked w/ Susan for at least 45 days as per our agreement & I am so glad that we stuck it out with her! She was super helpful throughout the whole process & truly went ABOVE & BEYOND to help us buy our first home. We are a family of very modest means that just wanted to see if we can buy a home in this crazy Bay Area seller's market. We have grown tired of renting & moving almost every year. Our home budget was under $700k and wanted it to be in a good/safe area, w a good sized backyard, 3br/2ba. Our offers kept getting rejected because people were overbidding by $50 to $100k or more even for fixers! Susan, however, kept on going, remaining optimistic even through one rejection after another. She tried to encourage us reminding us that our home is out there...She was very patient w/ us & our small budget (the price we can pay for what we want) & treated us no different than she would say a millionaire...She is a shameless negotiator (good for us!) & got the sellers to pay for certain fixes even though the sellers were selling the property "as is." I could not be more pleased w the way she represented us. She has been so warm & kind to our 2 boys (she would give them toys, coloring books) that we started calling her "Auntie Susan." If you are a first time home buyer or even an investor who is looking for someone who is a good listener, accessible, diligent, persistent, knowledgeable & just an all around good person, go with Susan! Our family loves her because she treated us so well during & after the whole home buying process. We will forever be grateful to her for helping us find our first home in the Bay Area.
