We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. We were lucky enough to find Susan for a rental when we relocated from out of state. We were on a tight timeline and she really came through. Being from out of town and not knowing the area; Susan’s local knowledge was key. Once our home search began we knew we wanted to continue our journey with Susan. She is attentive, focused, hard-working, connected, has a good sense of humor, and isn't afraid to tell you the straight up truth. She fiercely searched for homes physically, with boots on the ground, and also sent us potential homes online. She worked long hours to accommodate our schedules for house visits, and answered all of our questions. In a tough, low inventory market she was able to find what we were looking for within a couple of months. Susan not only found us a house, but she treated us like family. She has your best interest as her priority. She kept us within our budget and wasn't shy about saying if a house wasn't worth the money. She lined up our mortgage, inspector, and home repair contacts for after we moved in. We plan to stay in touch with Susan because she is wonderful person.
