Fabulous Experience!

Sue was a phenomenal agent. She gave me excellent (and correct!) advice during all stages of the selling process. She provided ideas on how to sell the house faster along with estimates of expected selling price with and without the recommended upgrades. She also knew exactly which date we should list by which gave me a good timeline to complete them. I'm ecstatic that the house sold within a week after completing the upgrades... for even more than I anticipated! I highly recommend Sue as a selling agent!!
