Susan is very knowledgeable of the market in the area, and always kept us within budget. She was able to talk the seller into choosing our offer at asking price with a mortgage over a full cash offer (lower than asking). She was also able to get us contacts for the repairs that needed to be done before closing. As for my complaints about Susan, she was always late (except for the final walk through before closing). After going into contract, when she’d talk to the listing agent about several issues, she always made it sound like we needed to cater to the seller’s demands making us feel like she was on their side rather than ours. To the point that we got into a few arguments. It wasn’t until our attorney clarified everything to the seller’s attorney that the situation was resolved/descalated.
