Susan is very knowledgeable of the market in the area, and always kept us within budget. She was able to talk the seller into choosing our offer at asking price with a mortgage over a full cash offer (lower than asking). She was also able to get us contacts for the repairs that needed to be done before closing. As for my complaints about Susan, she was always late (except for the final walk through before closing). After going into contract, when she’d talk to the listing agent about several issues, she always made it sound like we needed to cater to the seller’s demands making us feel like she was on their side rather than ours. To the point that we got into a few arguments. It wasn’t until our attorney clarified everything to the seller’s attorney that the situation was resolved/descalated.

Agent Susan Alex reached out to me weeks after I inquired about a rental property. She said that the property was rented already but that there might be another one becoming available. I was very excited that she reached out to me. She said that she would send me the application so she could have the information on hand. She never sent the application. I texted her a couple days later and she didn’t know who I was. Had the nerve to say that she didn’t forget about me when she clearly did based on her response “who is this?” She ultimately sent the application. I sent her all of our personal information asking her to confirm receipt which she never did. I sent her an inquiry about another property. She said the listing was canceled but that she would find out the next day what happened. She never contacted me the next day however the listing agent of that property contacted me and set up an appointment. Susan was not responsive to our needs. She did not communicate with us or take our need to find housing ASAP seriously. I would not recommend her to anyone. She should not reach out to people if she doesn’t intend on helping them.
