Sunny Thiara

Sunny expertly guided me through a short sale that had many added challenges above and beyond anything associated with the real estate transaction. Even with those challenges, he managed to get our sale approved by the lender in just 33 days (for both a first and second mortgage)! Throughout the process he communicated quickly, proactively and with great understanding. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone considering a real estate transaction as he clearly demonstrated himself to be both extremely knowledgeable and a person of great integrity.

Sunny delivered when nobody else did. I was to the point of giving up and just walking away during the real estate bust. He reassured me that it was going to happen and it did to my surprise. Very caring and honest. I can't wait to buy again. And of course, Sunny will handle everything for me and all I have to do is relax and wait for things to happen.

Sunny is an excellent real estate agent. We recently sold our house and bought a new one. Sunny was able to sell our house in a quick and painless fashion, we got the full asking price before it even hit MLS! We ran into some issues on the buying side with a complicated title situation. Sunny was able to navigate us through the process and got us into our new home as quickly as possible. He kept us updated on a daily basis and always returned phone calls and emails in a prompt manner. I will be recommending Sunny to all my family and friends.
