Sunny is a true professional and couldn't have provided a better home buying experience. She was instrumental in negotiating and managing the process from start to finish. She had a great understanding of the market and was able to provide great insight on the true value of the home. Although this wasn't my first home buying experience it was a bit more complicated given it was a historic home and was located in a NJ flood zone, so there was a lot to consider as it relates to the base flood elevation requirements and inspection. She provide great insight and brought in local experts to give us an idea of potential cost and roadblocks we might have renovating the home. We still call on her when we have questions about the local area and resources!! We couldn't recommend someone more highly to help buy or sell your home.
