I have been working with Sunny for years on rentals, unit purchases, and unit sales. With a large Real Estate portfolio, I have had to deal with many real estate agents over the years. Without any doubt, Sunny is outright the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She is extremely active and very result oriented. Asking Sunny to list my house was the best decision I could have made . She made the whole process from preparing the house for listing to fielding multiple full price offers within a few days . The home ended up closing at well over comps for the area and I could not be more pleased . From the Renter to the Handyman Sunny handled it all. When the appraisal came in low, she fought the fight to get the appraisal where it should have been. Best experience and the is my 2nd time I have worked with her and will work again with her in the future.

Though I am not living in USA, and have not been present during the property selection, in 2 of the cases out of 3, and not present during the renting processes in any case, I and my wife are both happy with her speed and quality of services,. We relay on her truthfulness .

I would use Sunny as my realtor again if were to buy or sell another property any budget range. I have worked with many other agents in the past including big names in town- who are mostly volume based and non volume based but she is so far the best. If you would like a real fiduciary- working exclusively on your honest best interest - she is your realtor. She went above and beyond to make sure I get the price for the property even if that means she has to spend more time and cut her commission. She has marketing background knowledge and skills and years of experience as realtor. As a client ( buyer or seller) you need someone you can trust, someone who is easily reachable, and Someone who has good networking with other parties who can make your home buying or selling smoother. Sunny has all of above. She is Literally just a text or email away- and she was never annoyed by my repeated asks and requests. I have a huge respect and trust on Sunny. Would highly recommend her for anyone.

Lisa is knowledgable, always responsive and makes the selling experience smooth. Highly recommend her for either selling or buying as we have worked with her for both over the years.
